Two Planning Approvals in Hammersmith and Fulham
We’re excited to share that we have successfully obtained two planning approvals for the loft conversion of a flat within a quaint terrace house situated in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. We first gained consent for a mansard roof extension with a terrace, then secondly a L shape mansard roof extension above the main house and closet wing.
The two approvals allow our client to choose which development to proceed with, ensuring they have the flexibility to select the option that best suits their vision for the property.
